Shelley, Neither the Lindsborg nor the McPherson historical societies would even give me a courtesy reply, when I attempted to contact them, so I finally found an address for a great grand-daughter of my grandfather's aunt, Hannah Nelson Darrah, and sent a copy to her. Kris Battaile has been doing a lot of research on her branch of the family and may have information on the Nelson side. If you would like some background on Hannah Nelson Darrah, she was one of the sources of Joanna Stratton's book, *Pioneer Women.* You should be able to find a copy at most libraries.
