My gg grandfather James Knox (JK/Jim) Stinson was at Sharps Creek, McPherson County in the 1880 census. His wife was Martha Peterson and Charles Peterson lived on one side with Swan Peterson on the other. The Peterson's came from Indiana after arriving from Sweden.
