Patterson, aged 19 years, 1 month and 20 days. Nellie B. McKee , daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel D. McKee was born in this city September 14, 1874. She was married to Mr. Samuel Grant Patterson, who survives her, on July 27, 1892. Deceased had resided in this city during her entire life and was loved and respected by everybody. There will always be a pleasant page in the book of memory of her schoolmates, for she was held in high esteem by all of them, and her work in the Sunday school shall ever be a reminder to those whom she assisted, of her goodness of heart, and her church work will be a lasting monument to the promptings of a noble nature. Her death was but the transition of a soul from earth to heaven. The funeral occured from the Christian church at 2 o'clock p.m. Saturday, the 4th. Rev. H.E. Ballou conducting the services and the Misses Ina Blodgett, Clara Blodgett, Susie Brodt, Lottie Lemons, Nellie Smith and Minnie Stump, schoolmates of the deceased acting as pall bearers.
