My G Grandparents James and Mary Gray came to Marshall County somewhere close to Marysville between 1850 and and before 1860 and homesteaded or the story goes. I am trying to find out: did they? and if so where? They lived in Marshall County for over ten years and had the following children Margaret b in NY John b in IL James b in KS Catherine "Cassie" b in KS Michael b ? and Thomas b in KS George b in KS and maybe others If anyone can assist me in finding information on the homestead of James Gray or any other information on this family I would appreciate it very much.
