Hello DC & Alice Allen, As a volunteer lookup person may I suggest that when you inquire about a family to use a name, time frame or date and any other information that would be helpful. I looked in the Census reports for you and there were several Clowe's but without their names I wouldn't know who to begin for or searching for in your behalf.
