Hi- My grandfather Edward S. Davis, son of Daniel and Sarah Davis was 8-10 years old in 1883 when they moved to an 80 acre tract of land located in the general vicinity of 10th Road, south of Temple Road, a short distance North of Blue Rapids (East /2 of SE 1/4, section 17). Can anyone tell me what school he likely attended at that time? Also, where was the nearest Baptist church located please? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Paul
