Here's a FYI for you, I checked this out and found my grandfather's draft registration card. It didn't have quite all the information on it mentioned below, or if it did it was too faint to read, but one thing I did learn was how he spelled his last name, which was different from when he entered the country from Germany and how my parents spelled it years later.
