I've checked abebooks.com which is a bookfinding service, and they did not have anything listed on their query site. It is available at a few libraries, though. Probably not for checkout though. I don't know if you saw the posts about the Heritage Quest site a couple of days ago, but you can check there if you are a member or have access through your local library.
