Curt SNYDER attended the funeral of his uncle, Anson LANE, of near Fontana. Miss Alta LEE is staying with her sister, Edith at Andy McMICHAEL's this week. Henry LYON has returned home from Illinois where he has been visiting relatives. Several farmers are complying with the hedge law by cutting their hedge this winter. Mrs. McDOWELL of Merwin was the guest of her sister, Miss GOSS, Saturday and Sunday and Monday she went on to Pleasanton to spend a few weeks visiting relatives.
