Greetings, I want to let all of you know that a new Message Board has been created with Rootsweb. It is called Kansas Newspapers. My name is Freida Wells and I will be your host. This message board will be used to post newspaper articles of all kinds,, obits, queries, estate sales, probate hearings, Want Ads, Business Ads, anything that you would find in a newspaper that is related to genealogy research. This is the for the entire State of Kansas. I invite all of you to post any newspaper articles that you might have on your ancestor. Posting guidelines: Name of Paper City, County, State (if you know) Date of Paper Type of article (wedding, anniversary death, bio, etc). Website if you have one regarding the family you are posting about. Photos if you have any to share, especailly a wedding, anniversary, death. to go with the article you are posting.
