Mr. and Mrs. Tom SANDERS of Paola are visiting relatives at this place. Miss Ada JAMESON of Kansas City is visiting her uncle, H.E. DEWEY. Farlinville is quite a summer resort and attracts many tourists during the summer. Mr. and Mrs. E.D. MUMFORD and Maggie HELLER of Mound City spent the day at J.B. CARPENTER's Tuesday. Miss Lura BOOTS came come to visit a week with her parents and friends. After a week's stay with us she will return to Pleasanton where she has employment. Misses Grace and Clara AYERS arrived at this city one day last week to visit friends and relatives. They expect to spend a greater part of the summer visiting here.
