George LONG of Pleasant Ridge spent Saturday and Sunday in this vicinity. Mr. and Mrs. W.H. AYERS visited with their son Rollie in Williamsburg last week. Dennis PATTERSON who has been clerking for G.T. WOLF in Blue Mound is at home now with the mumps. Several of the boys from here started for Osawatomie Tuesday to enlist but they were too late. So they returned home Wednesday.
