The La Cygne Weekly Journal Saturday January 1, 1881 Prof. Carl C. MARSHALL, of the Paola Normal School, came down to La Cygne last Saturday to eat his Christmas dinner under the parental roof. He remained here until the middle of the present week, visiting relatives and friends.
