The La Cygne Weekly Journal Saturday November 20, 1880 There is a petition being circulated through this district No. 27, for the election of Mr. Thomas TOAL as a member of the district board in place of Mr. W.A. TRIGG, who has resigned since his election at Probate Judge. Mr. Toal is a citizen of good standing and I thing a good substitute. (Scott township.)
