Oct. 10, Lanon COLLINS was brought before the Probate Judge on a writ of habeas corpus, and tried for being illegally imprisoned in the county jail. Case was decided against him and he was remanded back to jail. Marriage license to Ludwick HERMAN of Farlinville, age 39, and Miss Jennie SMITH of Farlinville, age 27.
