MAYS and family, formerly of Pleasanton, moved back to their old home in this vicinity last week. Laura GRIFFITH went to Mound City Monday. No one seems to know her real mission but it is whispered that she called on Judge POTTER while in town and asked him if he were almost ready for a sack of beans.
