I'm trying to locate a copy of an "Exhibition Handbook" for the Lincoln County Fair that was held at Sylvan Grove, Kansas during any of the years 1940 through 1947. It listed qualifications and categories of things that could be exhibited in the fair. Any suggestions as to where I might begin my search? Thanks for any help.
