Agin) born in Lincoln, Co. moved to Aginville in 1905. 8 miles south and 2 miles west of Beverly ( Beverly is scratch out, and Westfall is written in.) Ranchers in that area bought from Aginville store on J. E. Agin Farm. Gus Birgman, first owner of store. Store Closed, then Lyme Hozelton run store - still open 191? Belle Springs Creamery also had a store in Aginville. -- end. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Have a bank loan paper for buying land, stating --- J. E. Agin of Madison Township, Lincoln County, Ks - dated Feb 23, 1907. Location - Section 19 Town 13, Range 6. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Then there is a post card with Vail, Colorado on it, dated August 16, 1979. Addressed to George Agin in Salina, Ks. It says: Dear George: we are here for a day or two. Dimicks, your farm, my Aunt Ella's place, Twin Mound, etc. Lots of change. Hope you are feeling better. ~ ~ ~ ~ I have a picture, that has 4 Aginville post cards, not a picture of the town. they were scanned as one picture. Anyone interest in seeing these, email me. afagin@osprey.net ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Thanks for any help. Audra
