In reference to the email posted earlier about records. Someone else posted: ----- I didn't have an opportunity to go to the library. I did, however, visit the Linn County Courthouse in Linneus, and found old family records there, land transfers and marriages. The people are very nice and helpful, and will copy records when possible, for a small fee. But there are more records in the old depot in Linneus, according to one of the ladies at the courthouse. She said these are the ones that were sent to state to be put on microfilm, and that when the state archive folks were finished with the records, they were returned to Linn County and are stacked in the depot. ----- If the old records are microfilmed, where is the film at? and is it indexed etc. Audra
