I'm not sure if the query about Napoleon Bonaparte Reese was on the Lincoln County list or the Kansas Geneaology list. So I am sending this item to both. Forgive me if you get it twice. I found the following item in the microfilm of the Lincoln(Kansas) Register, September 30, 1881: "- Napoleon Bonaparte Reese, the genial manipulator of the camera obscura caught a `view' of the audience as they retired fromthe memorial meeting last Monday, and now has some photographs of it and most excellent ones, they are."
