Hi Scott...... I checked the Kansas Post Office Directory (lists all the postoffices in Kansas, 1828-1961) and there is no Culbert. Only thing close is Culver, in neighboring Ottawa County about 12(?) miles ESE of Beverly. By the way... if anybody out there would like to to know of the county location of any Kansas places that might have had a post office let me know and I'll check it in the post office directory. It includes many, many rural places in Kansas that have come and gone through the years... also includes name changes for town.
