Their emigration route went from Ireland to NYC to Westchetser County ( Peekskill/Town of Cortlandt) , maybe PA (since my line has a son b. PA but they want back to NY), ILL then KS. I found Luke with my Patrick in a Thomas Perkins ship record in 1848. There as also a Mary on that ship, not sure if she was a daughter or wife of my Patrick.
