Was very short, but it was nice to find and I was able to get a copy of the death certificate after that. Thomas was from Putnam, GA in Marion County. His father Willliam was born in Americus. Williams father Thomas was born in SC, I have not been able to trace them back further. Our branch of the Greshams stayed in the South. Tom was a traveling man to speak. Very handsome, he died of TB and the body was sent back to Putnam. Judy
