    3. Hello! I've joined this list recently having found who may well be my Oren GOODALE. >From the 1920 Census for the National Military Home for disabled Vol. Soldiers is listed GOODALE, Oren mw 73 single Ind. NY Ireland This would make his date of birth 1847 or so. Does anyone on this list know how I might go about finding out more information? Would he have been old enough to have been involved in the Civil War? Is there anyway I can find out a date of death? Thanks for your time, Marie *ggGranddaughter of Stephen A. GOODALE who states his father was Oren (Orian, Orrin) so this may well be his brother) "The ground on which we stand is sacred ground. It is the dust and blood of our ancestors." ~Chief Plenty Coups, Crow
