New  to this list.  I am trying to figure out if a William COLLOPY is my great uncle who is listed as in the federal census place of        Fort Leavenworth Military Reservation, Leavenworth, Kansas        Can anyone tell me what this military reservation was used for in 1880?        I am trying to figure out why he would have been there if in fact this is my great uncle.        Thank you        Sharon        Chester County PA        [email protected]
