FIERY, 76, died Friday at his home, 814 West Sixth Avenue, in Hagerstown, Md., came to Leavenworth, Kan., at an early age, living there for many years. FIERY had been a resident of Topeka for the past fifteen years and was a retired Santa Fe employe. He was a member of King Solomon Lodge No. 10, A.F.& A.M., and the York Rite bodies of Leavenworth. Surviving are two daughters, Miss Fern M. FIERY, of the home, and Mrs. Fay C. JUDGE, Detorit, Mich. Services will be 3:30 p.m. Monday at the Wall-Diffenderfer Mortuary, with interment in Fairlawn addition to Mt. Hope Cemetery.
