I'm trying to locate information of Leopoldo Delosrios, who, in the 1930 census, was listed as living in Kansas, Leavenworth County, Delaware. If I recall correctly, there was an indication of Ft. Leavenworth. He was a California resident. And, had been in both the U.S.Army and U.S.Navy. So, I'm now wondering if he was at the prison.... Is there someone who could guide me in the proper way to locate information on him? Thank you, Jeanne

He was in the National Military Home. I have been trying to get information from them on another veteran who was living there in 1920, but so far no luck. Promises, but no calls. It is now a Veterans Affairs Center and Hospital.
