I have some questions concerning Death Certificates from the State of Kansas. 1. What is the cost of a NON-Certified copy of a Death Certificate? 2. What dates are available? I need one from 1915 and one from 1924. Both died in Leavenworth. 3. Are these available on microfilm anywhere? (such as a library, etc.) 4. Address where copies may be obtained.
