The GEDCOM file is at http://gedcomlibrary.com/gedcoms/v208395.ged and linked from http://gedcomlibrary.com/vitals.html Simply go to http://gedcomlibrary.com/gedcoms/v208395.ged and copy it onto your hard drive. One way is to right-click on the link and select SAVE TARGET AS or SAVE LINK AS and then make up a file name to save it onto your hard drive. Then open your genealogy software, open a new folder, and in the FILE menu, select IMPORT and import the same file into your genealogy software.
