The McLouth Times Friday October 28, 1949 Mr. Matt EDMONDS and sons, of Lansing, Kansas, called at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Amos SHEPHERD. Mr. Ray KIMMEL left THursday night for North Manchester, Ohio, where he will be the guest of his children. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Kimmel and family, Mr. William Kimmel and Miss Ann Kimmel, all of North Manchester. Mr. E.L. GARRETT reports a letter from Mr. Will RICE, a former resident of this place and late rin Lawrence, but who is now making his home with his daughter near Princeton, New Jersey. Mr. Rice is rather lonesome as they have a small tract of land in the country and of course he misses old friends dropping in for a chat occasionally. Mr. and Mrs. Robert TURNER and Karen Sue of Tonganoxie spent Sunday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Claude KIMMEL. Mr. and Mrs. John W. KIMMEL, Naomi and Bobby MONELL visited Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Walter Kimmel in Lawrence. Mr. Charlie PYLE of Topeka spent a few days last week with his brother, Jess and Bill Pyle.
