Not thinking the injury serious no attendtion was given it until Tuesday when Dr. Bliss examined and found a broken bone and a dislocated joint. Mrs. H.S. EVANS, Mrs. Gladys KING, and Mrs. Margaret KYLE, Mrs. Maude WEBB and Mrs. A.B. CAMPBELL were Lawrence shoppers Tuesday. Mrs. Edith EVANS who has been confined to her home is slowly improving. Mr. and Mrs. John BLEVINS and Mr. and Mrs. John MURPHY of Lawrence were Thursday evening guests at the Ralph BAKER home.
