The Meriden Message Jefferson County Friday April 10, 1931 George W. JONES, 68, for years a linotype operator for the Topeka Daily Capital, died at his home four miles north of Perry last Sunday, April 5. Burial was in Buster cemetery Tuesday afternoon. The Masonic lodge of Topeka had charge of the services. A wife and five children survive Jones, who had been confined to his bed for nearly three years.
