The Oskaloosa Times Friday April 28, 1899 Wm. LONG has filed suit against Earl BROWN and Fred CLARK for $7,500 for assault and injury by shooting. William TRAPP went down to Kansas City on Wednesday to bring his father Washington Trapp home. Mr. Trapp has been quite sick. Randolph MOSS received a telegram on Monday informing him of the serious illness of his daughter at Pawnee. He started on the first train for the bed-side of his sick child, and may be gone some time, as he intends to stay until she is out of danger.
