I'm trying to find out what year this famous city council was elected in Oskaloosa. I know it's been discussed on this list, but somehow I must not be using the right words to search on line. (If I wanted to meet females on line, apparently the computer will help me do that, or run for Council now.) Can anybody steer me in the right direction?
