The McLouth Times Friday April 21, 1949 Kenneth DAY, Bashor, Kansas, was seriously injured when his pickup truck which he was driving turned over about six miles west of McLouth, Saturday evening, April 22. He was employed by the Bennett Construction Co., Kansas City. The truck turned over when he lost control and Day was spille dout of the truck and then the truck rolled on ahead of him. He was treated by Dr. SNOOK, of McLouth and then taken by ambulance to the Lawrence hospital. Mrs. Harold SANDERS and son, LeRoy, of Reno, were Saturday guests of Mrs. Alma SANDERS. Mr. and Mrs. J.W. SEAVER and daughter left Friday for their home at Arrol, Mo., which is about 75 miles below Springfield.
