The Oskaloosa Times Friday July 27, 1900 Judge Dick's Court. A marriage license was issued July 25th to Louis E. KOEHLAR, of Rock Creek, and Ella CLAIR, of Ozawkie. They were married the same day in the office, by Judge Dick. Jully 21st, John BOYLE was appointed administrator of the estate of Alpheus NORMAN. On the 23rd, Rosa SIBEL was appointed guardian of Mabel B. SIBEL and others. On the 26th, marriage licenses were granted as follows: To O.C. LEGAN and Stella ROBINSON, both of Boyle, Kansas. To Thomas ADAMSON and Lucy F. HULETT, both of Eaton, Kansas. The judge performed the ceremony for the last named couple. Judge DICK has been somewhat under the weather for the past few days.
