The Valley Falls Vindicator Jefferson County Wednesday December 25, 1940 Funeral At Oskaloosa. Funeral services for Henry W. BELL, 83, colored, a Jefferson county farmer, who lived near Oskaloosa, were held Wednesday afternoon at the A.M.E. church in Oskaloosa. Mr. Bell passed away at his home last Monday. Pallbearers were James Bell, William Bell, Charles Bell, Roscoe Bell, and Frank Bell, all sons, and Thomas Hurst, a son-in-law.
