The Oskaloosa Times Friday June 29, 1900 Judge Dick's Court. On the 23rd Jeff PARNELL secured a license to wed Clara B. UNFRED. The young people are from Williamstown. Judge Dick issued a marriage license to E.E. HICKS and Amy F. PECK, both of Easton, and performed the ceremony for them on the 25th. Peck used to work for the judge, and promised him he would go to him to be married. Chas. STEEPER has filed a settlement as administrator. Harry LILLIE filed a guardians statement during the week.
