The Oskaloosa Times Jefferson County Friday June 29, 1900 King-Ferguson. At high noon, Tuesday, June 19, at the residence of the bride's father, Charles King, on their goodly acred farm two miles east of the city, occurred the marriage of their daughter Nellie to Mr. R.W. Ferguson. Just at 12 o'clock, to the time of a beautiful wedding march, the blushing bride was led to the altar, where they were safely joined by an impressive ceremony, Rev. Shoptaugh officiating, after which came the usual round of congratulations. The doors of the spacious dining room were then thrown open, and all partook of the bounties of the farm. Mr. and Mrs. Ferguson will go to housekeeping.--New Era.
