    3. The McLouth Times Friday November 19, 1909 Kicked By Horse. W.S. PYLE was the victim of a capracious horse last Tuesday while delivering groceries. Mr. Pyle borrowed his neighbor, A. Marker's horse to deliver some goods. The weather was cool and the horse was feeling frisky. As a result the animal kicked over the dash board. Mr. Pyle was struck on the knee of his right leg and suffered considerable pain. He had a narrow escape from having his leg broken. Marker disclaims any intentions of putting his competitor out of business.
