The Topeka Capital-Journal Friday March 5, 1965 Grace Graves. Mrs. Grace W. GRAVES, 75, was found dead Thursday at her apartment, 921 1/2 Kansas. Dr. J.L. Lattimore, district coroner, who performed an autopsy, said Mrs. Graves died of an apparent liver ailment. He said exact cause of death has not been determined pending results of chemical tests. Mrs. Graves was born Oct. 14, 1889, at Ozawkie and moved to Topeka in 1945 from Stockton in Rooks County. She was a member of the Evangelical United Brethren Church at Ozawkie. She taught piano and voice in Topeka. Her husband, Ben Graves, died in 1920. A brother, Everett WEILAND, Oskalooa, survives. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home with burial in Ozawkie Cemetery.
