Mrs. BARRY who has not been feeling so well, was taken to Topeka, Sunday, by her son, Mr. Chester Barry. She expects to stay with Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Barry for several days or until her health is improved. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest LEWIS accompanied by Mrs. Ray WESTBROOK and Mr. Albert Westbrook were shopping in Topeka Wednesday. Mrs. Sherman HAWK went to Topeka Tuesday where she wil be the guest of her daughter, Miss Betty Hawk for several days. Miss Garland LEWIS of Christ's Hospital spent Sunday afternoon as the guest of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest LEWIS and family. Mr. and Mrs. Clyde HASTINGS entertained with a delightful dinner party Thanksgiving Day. Covers were laid for the following guests: Mr. and Mrs. Jas. HASTINGS, Mr. James HASTINGS, junior, and Mrs. Kenneth HARMON, Master Donald Harmon, Mr. and Mrs. Harold SYRING, Miss Ernestine SYRING, Mr. an Mrs. Gene LATIMER, Mr. and Mrs. Jack BARTRUM, Grandmother BARTRUM and Mr. and Mrs. Clyde HASTINGS and Martha Ann.
