ADAMS has filed his intentions to appeal to the District Court from the survey of the County Surveyor CLARK. This survey was made to establish a permanent west line and northwest and southwest corner on section 14, township 11, range 18. Walter ROYER, blacksmith who has been employed at Sam ALLEN's shop for eight months, has resigned his position to accept a place in a shop at Hiawatha and may move his family there, we are sorry to hear. Eb. ALLEN takes Royer's place in Sam's factory.
