    3. The Valley Falls New Era Thursday June 20, 1910 Mrs. M. LEGLER was Topeka visitor on Thursday. Miss Minnie BOOTH is clerking at Benedix store. Mrs. Ted KYLE and children of Red Rock, Oklahoma are visiting her parents, Judge and Mrs. Henry SMITH, to remain a month or more. J.M. ADAMS has filed his intentions to appeal to the District Court from the survey of the County Surveyor CLARK. This survey was made to establish a permanent west line and northwest and southwest corner on section 14, township 11, range 18. Walter ROYER, blacksmith who has been employed at Sam ALLEN's shop for eight months, has resigned his position to accept a place in a shop at Hiawatha and may move his family there, we are sorry to hear. Eb. ALLEN takes Royer's place in Sam's factory.
