The Topeka Capital-Journal Thursday April 1, 1965 Ivan Beeler. Ivan R. BEELER, 83, Route 1, Grantville, died Wednesday at an Oskaloosa nursing home after a long illness. He was born July 25, 1881, at Grantville. He was a farmer in the Grantville and Meriden communities before entering the nursing home eight years ago. Suvivors include three daughters, Mr. L.D. CAMBLIN, Grantville, Mrs. Ben SELF, Ozawkie, and Mrs. Fred TRIMBLE, Meriden; a son, Robert BEELER, Route 3; a brother, Walter Beeler, Grantville, and 11 grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Davidson-Eslinger-Duff Funeral Home where Mr. Beeler will lie in state after noon today. Burial will be in Grantville cemetery.
