The last info I can find on John and his family is the 1880 census in Osawakie, Jefferson co., Kansas. Susan, his wife was the daughter of Abraham May and sometimes was called Susanna. John, born in Indiana, Susan, born in NC, but both were raised and married in Indiana. In 1880, two of their children are still living at home.
