The Oskaloosa Times Friday April 7, 1900 Mr. and Mrs. O.B. CARVER entertained the following friends at supper last Friday evening: Rev. BRADEN and wife, Geo. DIXSON and wife, Mrs. Belle TAYLOR, Mrs. Lula BROWNING and Miss Ida KUNKLE. Mrs. Lizzie YOUNG and children, of Topeka, arrived in town last Sunday, and will visit with Mrs. Young's mother, Mrs. J.P. KUNKLE. Miss Bird GRINTER and Miss Linnie COLLEY spent Easter in Topeka with relatives and attended services at the Episcopal church. Mrs. Wick BATTLES and son came up last Sunday evening from Kansas City and will visit a while with her sister, Mrs. Jas. GRINTER, near Newman.
