    3. The Valley Falls New Era Thursday March 17, 1910 Around The Court House. In the divorce case of W.S. OTTINGER vs. C.H. OTTINGER from Sarcoxie township, temporary alimony of $10 per week and $25 attorney fee was allowed and the case set for the 24th of this month. The case of Ulyses S. DICK vs. Lydia E. WARNER a suit to set aside a deed to real estate in the south part of the county was continued on sustaining a demurrer and may come up at the next term of court if the parties do not get together and settle their difference more economically. Nancy A. PIPER was granted a divorce from Geo. A. PIPER by stipulation. The plaintif to have the home in Dunavant and the household goods and to be restored to her former name, COOLING, and to be barred from hereafter claiming any interest int he estate of the defendant. The defendant to pay the plaintiff's attorney fee of $150.
