The Valley Falls New Era Jefferson County Thursday March 10, 1910 John Daniel ROYER was born near Valley Falls, in Jefferson county, Kansas, June 8, 1880, and after an illness of one week, he departed this life in Oskaloosa, Kans., Tuesday, March 8, 1910, aged 29 years and 9 months. His entire life was spent on the farm on which he was born. Besides an aged father and mother he leaves three sisters, two brothers and many other relatives and friends to mourn his departure. Funeral services conducted by I.A. Wilson at Christian church at 2 p.m. Thursday.
