The Valley Falls New Era Jefferson County Thursday March 31, 1910 Mrs. Joseph Didde Dead. Mrs. Joseph Didde Sr., who has been a sufferer for the past several months died Saturday, March 19, in St. Margaret's hospital in Kansas City where she was taken to undergo an operation which revealed a malignant growth of the liver for which there was no medical assistance. Funeral services were held from St. Joseph church Wednesday, she being a faithfuland conscientious member of the church. A patient, loving wife and mother and a good friend and neighbor, loved by all who knew her. Mary Schrick Didde, daughter, of Mr. and Mrs. Frank SHRICK Sr., was born in the Mooney Creek neighborhood August 18, 1870. On September 25, 1895, she was married to Jos. Didde to which union were born two children, Frank and Theresa, aged 13 and 11. She leaves in bereavement a husband, two children, a father, and mother, two brothers and one sister.
