The Oskaloosa Times Friday July 7, 1899 Judge Dick's Court. During the week the judge issued licenses to the following couples: N.W. AXTELL, of Topeka and Irene TRUE, of Newman. W.H. McCRARY, of Oskaloosa and Lizzie RODAY, of Dean. George BARNES of McLouth and Lucyh BARNS, of Oskaloosa. Mrs. Mary E. ELLIOTT was adjudged insane and sent to the Topeka asylum under the care of Sheriff KYLE.
